As the vice president of CBRE I Hubbell Commercial in West Des Moines, Mike Macri, III, CCIM, brings to his teaching a well-built reputation for creative and critical thinking that exemplifies his professionalism and ability to solve complex problems.

He currently serves as the director of real estate for business transition solutions for both the state and national site selections along with consulting for numerous developers and investors, and has been an economic development consultant for the City of DeSoto, City of Pleasant Hill and Mills County Economic Development. He is responsible for nearly 2.0 million SF of development projects and properties in Iowa and the Des Moines metropolitan area on behalf of various landlords and developers. In addition, he has built a working relationship with a multitude of investors, tenants, government agencies and developers nationwide. He is a past president and current board member of the Iowa CCIM Chapter.
